This October everyone to the Museum… Uovokids is here!

Kiki Sideris

What happens when one of the most active contemporary projects in Milan invades the spaces of one of the most important institutions dedicated to science and innovation?

The result can’t but be extraordinary! Just ask anyone who has been to Uovokids in the past. After just four editions, Uovokids remains one of the most anticipated events dedicated to kids (0-12) and families in all of Italy.

You’ve never been to Uovokids? Then you absolutely can’t miss the next edition!

The fifth edition of the festival will take place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 of October at the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci.

A calendar full of events and fun for children of all ages. An original and fascinating opportunity to explore new creative territories while actively engaging in art. Performances, installations and workshops developed around music, architecture, design, new digital technologies, food and performing arts will be open for everyone to enjoy.

While we await the complete program, here are some exciting updates:

This year we are happy to confirm the presence, with never before seen projects, of the independent photography collective Cesura (IT), Milimbo (ES), a graphic design and publishing company based in Valencia (part of the European project Bamboo) and Silvia Costa (IT), one of the most interesting artists of her generation.

For the first time at Uovokids, the artist and performer, Tuur Marinus (BE), the musician and sound designer, Lukatoyboy (SRB) - both part of Bamboo - and Tobias Gutmann (CH), the original illustrator and Swiss graphic designer.

This is just a taste of what awaits us all at the next Uovokids!

To keep up with all the projects and news of the next Uovokdis follow us on Uovo’s Facebook page, the brand new Uovokids Twitter profile, and of course here on the new website!
